    Job description

    Your daily duties and responsibilities shall consist of, but not limited to the following:

    1. Assist with the marketing, management and operational organization of the digital media products;
    2. Compose publicity material, promotional flyers and brochures;
    3. Update, maintain and manage the DSA/AB subscriber database;
    4. Assist with the promotion and public relations of products and services;
    5. Assist with the organization of syndication program, including coordinating and maintaining relations with third-party media platforms;
    6. Organize and maintain social media network, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+, using programs such as HootSuite and SocialBro;
    7. Assist with the creation, editing and promotion of multimedia content;
    8. Provide digital support for miscellaneous projects, partnerships and initiatives.

    Requirements

    1. Background in marketing/advertising/business/media/computer science/PR, including a strong interest in digital media;
    2. Passion for social media and digital communications and marketing;
    3. Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline;
    4. Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills and have an outgoing personality;
    5. Strong leadership, team management and time skills;
    6. Understanding of Asia's business environment, including an interest in Asian business environment;
    7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, additional competence in Adobe Design Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign including creating custom themes, CSS, HTML, PHP Wordpress, javascript a strong plus;
    8. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Chinese speaking skills a plus;
    9. Availability to commit to a 3-6 month internship.
