    Job description

    Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:

    1. Coordinate between departments and operating units and resolve daily administrative and operational issues;
    2. Assist consultants who are helping clients achieve success;
    3. Input data and double-check reimbursement;
    4. Performing a variety of general office support;
    5. Conduct project-based data analysis as needed;
    6. Assist consultants by scheduling interviews with industry experts, suppliers etc.
    7. Provide specific market profiles;
    8. Other duties;

    Requirements

    - Good Knowledge of Finance, Securities and Stock Markets;
    - Basic Mandarin and excellent English;
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet;
    - Exceptional multi-tasking and time management ability;
    - Above average communication, admin and customer service skills;
