    Job description

    Your daily duties and responsibilities shall consist of, but not limited to the following:

    1. Learn and understand industries, positions and titles of people working within the assignment of specialization (DIG);
    2. Process the referrals using multiple channels including websites, LinkedIn, other Internet resources to analyze information pertinent to a designated DIG to source suitable candidates and key companies and contacts within DIG;
    3. Making calls is mandatory – heavy phone use is required and measured on a daily basis.

    Requirements

    1. Undergrad of graduated, HR major is not required, various backgrounds are preferred;
    2. Excellent spoken and written English;
    3. Passion for sales, experience in sales and cold calls in a plus;
    4. Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure;
    5. Target-driven, self-motivated, possessing strong work ethics and sense of commitment;
    6. Ability to independently manage one’s own performance and development in accordance to goals and targets.
